The Construction and Building Office ensures that all construction activities fully comply with applicable laws, regulations, and technical standards throughout the project lifecycle.
This includes oversight of compliance with Lithuanian construction legislation and Statybos techniniai reglamentai (STR), coordination of permitting and approvals with municipal authorities, and preparation for inspections and audits.
The office monitors adherence to health, safety, environmental, and technical requirements, ensuring that all works are executed in accordance with approved designs and regulatory conditions.
Through proactive compliance management and close coordination with authorities and project stakeholders, the office minimizes regulatory risk, prevents delays, and supports the lawful and successful completion of construction projects.
